How much is a loaf of bread?
Well that depends on what you want. Do you want white, brown, wholemeal, granary, sliced . . ?

By law, we are obliged to display our fees where they are easily viewable. So, our scale of charges for our 'standard loaf of bread' is set out below. However, if you want white, brown, wholemeal, granary or sliced then give us a call!
Scale of charges - landlords
1. Standard Let Service
72% (60% + VAT) of one month's rent payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent
2. Premier Let Service
11.4% (9.5% + VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent, subject to a minimum of £70 per month.
3. Full Management Service
15% (12.5% + VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent, subject to a minimum of £60 (inc VAT) per month.
The fees under the above service are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

NOTE: The above check-in and check-out fees represent 50% of the total check-in and check-out fees with the other 50% being paid by the tenant(s).

Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide one of the three above services the Agent will charge and the Landlord will pay a fee based upon 6% of the agreed rent for the period not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.
All fees include VAT at the current standard rate.
